During the initial appointment, a clinical examination was performed, including occlusal analysis, assessment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) function, and evaluation of the masticatory muscles. Malocclusion, dental crowding, and functional overload of the masticatory system were identified. The patient was provided with a detailed explanation of the causes of the symptoms, possible treatment options, and an individualized treatment plan was developed.

A complete photographic protocol was performed, including digital scanning of the dental arches, required radiographic examinations, and analysis of dental models. Based on the comprehensive diagnostic assessment, a step-by-step orthodontic treatment plan was developed, taking into account the patient’s aesthetic and functional characteristics.

Procedure Performed:
Following completion of the diagnostic phase, the orthodontic braces were bonded. The treatment lasted approximately one year and included regular follow-up visits every 4–6 weeks for appliance activation, monitoring tooth movement progress, and adjusting the treatment plan according to the planned outcome.

Procedure Performed:
The orthodontic braces were removed, followed by tooth finishing, polishing, and final adjustments. A proper bite, well-aligned dental arches, and a harmonious smile were achieved. Discomfort in the masticatory muscles and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) area was eliminated. Individual retention aligners were fabricated to stabilize and maintain the treatment outcome.
