At the time of consultation, the patient presented with missing teeth in the maxilla in the areas of teeth 27, 17, and 16. A clinical examination and comprehensive diagnostic assessment were performed to plan further implant treatment.

Procedure Performed:
Dental implants were placed in the areas of the missing teeth. Soft tissue augmentation was performed to create an optimal gingival contour, followed by the placement of healing abutments.

After completion of the osseointegration phase, the condition of the soft tissues was evaluated. The gingiva was properly shaped and prepared for digital scanning and fabrication of permanent prosthetic restorations.

Based on digital scanning, customized permanent zirconia restorations were fabricated, providing high aesthetics, strength, and functionality.

Procedure Performed:
The permanent restorations were tried in and fixed onto the dental implants. Masticatory function, aesthetics, and harmony of the dental arch were restored.

Final Treatment Outcome:
Complete restoration of the missing teeth was achieved, providing a natural-looking smile and comfortable chewing function. The patient received a functional and aesthetic result with recommendations for proper care and maintenance of the dental implants and prosthetic restorations.
